... when you have an extra $2,225 sitting around waiting to be spent on these precious pumps. Oh well. A girl can dream ...

Perfume, while expensive, is a delicious investment. It's something you wear each day, and you don't use much of it, so it's around for quite some time. That's why I'm all for splurging on this Kate Spade fragrance. I don't have it myself, but I had a sample of it once, and it's very charming. Excellent for daytime wear, very light. Captivating, I daresay!
What an excellent cover-up! For an exotic getaway, a honeymoon perhaps ... ??? (Sorry, I really can't explain the wedding phenom this week.) Oh, well. I'm simply enthralled by this rich purple color and the presence of very lively flowers everywhere. Might have to snatch one up.

Wedding theme for the week, all of a sudden. Heh. Wouldn't this make a beautiful blue touch to a wedding ensemble? Yes, please!
I'm not a Chanel fan, not really, but I almost want to part with $75 and buy these temporary Chanel tattoos. Interesting marketing technique. Although they seem a bit pricey, Chanel graciously gives you 55 individual designs ... so, if my math is correct, about $1.36 a pop. Hmm.

For your next tea party, do serve tea in these charming cups! My mother used to collect teacups, so I might have to think seriously about saving my pennies and buying this set for her. :)
Oh, what the hell. For this week's worthy indulgence, throw on this little tea dress and get yourself to a tea house, for crying out loud. Or have yourself a dandy little tea party in your own home, complete with crumpets (which actually do exist, they're not just in fairy tales like I always thought) and a pot of fairy tea.
I have no idea what I would do with this, perhaps plop a candle inside, but I really do have quite an attraction to this crystal globe. I think it would look oh-so romantic atop a pile of old books in a sitting room, or decorating the dinner table during a late-night dinner party amidst the stars.
...there are some Swarovski crystals in these pretty little ear-pops. Thank you, Tarina Tarantino. So very excited for your beauty line, but these will do in the meantime.
The thing I love about Swarovski crystals is that they look suspiciously realistic to diamonds. This is why I feel the need to propose to myself with this beautiful ring that is actually only $170. I might have asked the saleswoman if people do buy Swarovski cocktail rings as engagement rings, and she said they do. Except it's not a very good idea because crystal corrodes much easier and it will begin to cloud if exposed to water, whereas diamonds will not. Oh well, it's still sassy and eye-catching and very orb-like. Mine.

I want these boots a) because I love the name "Mukluk" and I want to say it with vigor every time someone asks me where I got them b) I wish I were an Eskimo and c) they are so full of life, all the while being fur-free!
It's Valentine's Day, whatever. In honor of my I-don't-have-a-date-yet-again-for-this-national-holiday tirade, I am resignedly curling up with my new book, "The Happiness Project", by Gretchen Rubin, and wearing this delectably comfy sweatshirt from J.Crew.
...I see a pearl necklace from Anthropologie looking at me! Go on a bear hunt with this dazzling little number. Rawr.
I've just about had enough! I simply must have these precious little earrings from Coach. Beautifully simple, eh?
