We've all had fantasies about going Greek. And I don't mean sororities and fraternities. I'm talking about soaking up as much Greek culture as we can from far, far away, and these Melissinos Art sandals, straight from Athens, hit the mark. Pantelis Melissinos is a 3rd generation sandal maker who crafts his leather lovelies by hand. Phenomenal, I say. If these sandals don't make you want to follow in the footsteps of the Greek goddesses, then I don't know what will.

Perfume, while expensive, is a delicious investment. It's something you wear each day, and you don't use much of it, so it's around for quite some time. That's why I'm all for splurging on this Kate Spade fragrance. I don't have it myself, but I had a sample of it once, and it's very charming. Excellent for daytime wear, very light. Captivating, I daresay!

What an excellent cover-up! For an exotic getaway, a honeymoon perhaps ... ??? (Sorry, I really can't explain the wedding phenom this week.) Oh, well. I'm simply enthralled by this rich purple color and the presence of very lively flowers everywhere. Might have to snatch one up.

I have always wanted to send a message in a bottle, but everyone always tells me that it's not environmentally friendly. Well. I might just have to do it anyway. Why not send someone you love a little message in a bottle and put it in an unassuming spot? I suppose these little novelties don't have to bob around in the sea. Anywhere will do!

I'm not a Chanel fan, not really, but I almost want to part with $75 and buy these temporary Chanel tattoos. Interesting marketing technique. Although they seem a bit pricey, Chanel graciously gives you 55 individual designs ... so, if my math is correct, about $1.36 a pop. Hmm.

Oh, what the hell. For this week's worthy indulgence, throw on this little tea dress and get yourself to a tea house, for crying out loud. Or have yourself a dandy little tea party in your own home, complete with crumpets (which actually do exist, they're not just in fairy tales like I always thought) and a pot of fairy tea.

I have no idea what I would do with this, perhaps plop a candle inside, but I really do have quite an attraction to this crystal globe. I think it would look oh-so romantic atop a pile of old books in a sitting room, or decorating the dinner table during a late-night dinner party amidst the stars.

The thing I love about Swarovski crystals is that they look suspiciously realistic to diamonds. This is why I feel the need to propose to myself with this beautiful ring that is actually only $170. I might have asked the saleswoman if people do buy Swarovski cocktail rings as engagement rings, and she said they do. Except it's not a very good idea because crystal corrodes much easier and it will begin to cloud if exposed to water, whereas diamonds will not. Oh well, it's still sassy and eye-catching and very orb-like. Mine.

It's Valentine's Day, whatever. In honor of my I-don't-have-a-date-yet-again-for-this-national-holiday tirade, I am resignedly curling up with my new book, "The Happiness Project", by Gretchen Rubin, and wearing this delectably comfy sweatshirt from J.Crew.

Ok, so the groundhog saw his shadow, which means there's plenty of time to continue to wear snuzzy warm boots. Especially these bright little babies from Kate Spade. How fun! How daring! How positively pink. Gotta love hot pink and orange in the dead of winter.

Hooray! An exciting development for those of us obsessed with whitening our teeth. The debut of Crest Whitestrips was, of course, amazing, but now this leading oral care company has come out with a full-powered set of blazingly fast, promisingly white, strips. Results in just 3 days! And the buzz is so big that Crest is taking pre-orders. I might have already pre-ordered. Just might have. The Crest 3D White package comes out in March, and you can pre-order right from Amazon after parting with $52 of your hard-earned dollahs, dahling.

On this day of sun, why not beam it back to the giant star with this light-catching headband? So dainty yet so eye-catching. I love wearing sparkly little things in my hair, especially when out to dinner in a dimly-lit restaurant. Dim light catches anything sparkly so well.

Don't you just want to squeeze this little octopus bracelet? It's so cute. And oh so eye-catching! It's rather expensive, but my rationalization is if you can't stop thinking about something, you'd better buy it before somebody else does!

In keeping with the unofficial nautical theme of the week, here's another ocean-esque treat. I have never seen such a beautiful creation, have you? How superbly creative. I've collected sea glass for years, just as a subconscious habit, but I never thought of turning it into something as decorative as this. Does this not embrace the mysteries of the sea?

Doesn't this make you want to set sail to a remote little island? Somewhere WARM, perhaps?
I love this company. How fantastic - Sea Bags recycles sails and turns them into durable totes in all sizes! Talk about being savvy and sassy!

It's Monday. What a drag. Since it's been especially chilly in the north lately, let's just throw in the towel and crawl back into bed. And if these sea horse sheets are included in the mix, then it's all the better for sleeping in. Sea-weet dreams!
